Holiday programs Kids Academy of Surf
Surf in the school holidays!! A specialised "Kids Academy of Surf" skills program, providing safe surf skills lessons during school holidays. Programs for beginners and experienced - Aged 7 and over. Manly Beach, Sydney. Programs include a 2hr surf skills lesson, 4hr surf skills and snorkelling, and a three day surf program.
Kids Academy of Surf
SEA Australia is the exclusive license holder at Manly Beach (south end) to run kids surf programs. This stunning venue offers so many options, including the safe south corner of Manly beach & flat water areas in the Cabbage Tree Bay, which allows for the program to be improvised if the beach is subject to dangerous conditions, plus the addition of other activities including our surfing/snorkelling program.
Program 1 ($66): 1.5 hour kids surf program learning:
On a foam surf board; Paddling skills, catching waves from out the back of the surf break, negotiating the surf, negotiating rips safely,
Without a surfboard; surf skills and knowledge, body surfing, surf education
*Programs include 6ft foam surf boards, leg ropes, wetsuits or thermal vests where required, program identifying sun vests. Bigger boards are available for those who struggle on the smaller surf craft
Program 2 ($99): 3 hour surf and snorkel program - Learn to surf and snorkel in the school holidays!! A specialised safe kids surf and aquatics school

Snorkelling in Cabbage tree bay
Paddle out from Shelly Beach into Cabbage Tree Bay on foam boards or with a noodle, to view the marine life and rock platforms with snorkel and masks. Also learn about the incredible and unique coastline surrounding Manly Beach, Cabbage Tree Bay, Shelly Beach and North Head.
The venue is spectacular - due to the variation in the coastal composition, the dynamic sea life in the marine reserve, unique rock platforms, and stunning beaches & cliff faces, providing a picturesque education platform amid the Manly surrounds.

Program 3 ($165): Three day surfing course: Three consecutive 1.5hr surf skills lessons
Program 4 ($120): Two day surfing course: Two consecutive 1.5hr surf skills lessons
Program 5 ($44): Snorkelling only: 1hr snorkelling session
Program 6 ($88): 3hr Surf Survival award program, a prerequisite for surfing in school.

Cancellation Policy
1.) Cancellations by the client outside of 14 days: Option to postpone booking to another available program date, or receive a 90% refund (10% applies to 3rd party booking fee & admin fees). Please supply us with booking details for refund.
2.) Cancellations inside of 14 days: Option to reschedule to another available program date, 90% refund considered on “compassionate grounds” only.
3.) Cancellations inside of 24 hours: No option to reschedule other than on “compassionate grounds” only
4.) Cancellations by SEA Australia due to closed beaches or government health restrictions: Option to reschedule to another available program date or 100% refund.
