SEA founded the Surf Educate Australia - School Surf Education Programs in 1998 at Manly Beach in Sydney, and it is now the premier provider of Surf Education Programs, Water Safety Programs and Outdoor Activities for Australian Schools. Since 1998 over 250,000 students have attended SEA venues along the East Coast of Australia and received skilled Surfing Instruction, Surf Education, motivation and knowledge in the worlds best classroom.
- SEA has since evolved into a broader and more reputable provider of aquatic based programs and activities for the whole community - including Swimming and Water Safety Programs, Qualifications - like Senior First Aid, and a specialised Kids Surfing.school. Company Founder, Craig Riddington, himself a former Surfing Ironman Champion and Australian Representative Swimmer - identified an opportunity to provide safe and fun programs for all.
